NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard on said date, at the Village Hall, located at 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, 12520 regarding an application by Declan Quinn seeking an area variance from §172-8.B(3) and §172-43.C the Village Zoning Code (the "Code") to allow the construction of a 12 ft x 24 ft inground swimming pool with a
7.5 foot rear yard setback, when the Code requires a setback of20 feet.
The property is situated at Section 102, Block 19, Lot 8 in the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, said lot also being known as 61 Avenue A, Cornwall-on-Hudson. The property is located in the SR (Suburban Residential) Zoning District.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider all verbal and/or written statements from all persons interested in the proposed variances at the above time and place. Copies of the variance application, Environmental Assessment Form, plans and any other information submitted in support of the variance application are available for review at the Code Enforcement Office located at 50 Shore Road, during normal business hours.
